This privacy policy (“Policy”) sets out how we, Joya Communications Inc. (“Joya” or “we”), makers of the SkyJam mobile application (the “App” or “SkyJam”), use and protect the personal information of people who access or use the App.

This Policy applies to anyone who accesses the App. By using SkyJam, you acknowledge that the collection, use, and sharing of your information will take place as described in this Policy. To provide SkyJam, we collect your "Personal Information," which is information that directly or indirectly relates to you. We store the Personal Information that we need to operate SkyJam so you can communicate with others.

Privacy Principles

We have two fundamental principles when it comes to Personal Information:

1. We don’t sell your Personal Information.
2. We don’t use your Personal Information to show you third-party ads.

We value your privacy, and the vision of SkyJam is to provide a safe platform on which you can choose to engage with other users and AI without the exchange of identifying information unless and until you choose otherwise. Accordingly, we make a concerted effort to minimize the exposure of Personal Information during use of SkyJam. We do not monetize the collection of data and do not use your Personal Information for third party marketing or advertising.

1. What We Collect

We collect information about you as described below. We use this information to provide and enhance your experience with SkyJam.

Information You Provide to Us

By using and interacting with SkyJam, you may provide us with information about yourself, including Personal Information, as described below:

• Should you choose to register for a SkyJam account (“Account”), you will provide us with your cell phone number, email, age-related information, such as the age range you fall within, and information about your interests.
• If you opt to participate in a Group and AI Conversations (as defined in our Terms of Use), we will collect any information that appears in the content or other materials you upload to or create using the App (“Content”), such as texts, images, audio files, videos, and any other Content.
• If you contact Joya for customer service or support, we will collect any Personal Information you may share with us to be used only for the purposes of researching and resolving the issue and communicating with you about your request.

Information We Collect Automatically

We use third-party analytics Service Providers (as more fully described below, and including Smart Look and amplitude.com) to automatically log information about you and your computer or mobile device, and how you interact with the App. For example, when you access the App, we may log your operating system type, browser type and language, the pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times, Internet protocol (IP) address, your mobile device ID, mobile device serial number, unique user ID, wireless carrier, and information about your use of and actions on the App. We collect this additional technical data to analyze usage trends and to have more information about how people use the App to personalize and better the user experience.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the information that we have about you to operate, provide, support, personalize, and make SkyJam more relevant and useful to you and others.
